2、 Job Responsibilities
[1]. Market strategy planning and implementation: Based on the company's development strategy and industry trends, formulate medium - and long-term market strategies (including brand building, product promotion, channel expansion, customer development, etc.), clarify market goals and implementation paths, coordinate the market team to transform the strategy into executable annual/quarterly plans, track the implementation effect, and optimize and adjust the strategy in a timely manner.

Product marketization promotion: Deeply explore the technological advantages and customer value of cutting-edge surface electron microscopy instruments and semiconductor testing equipment, lead product positioning, selling point extraction, and promotion plan design (such as industry exhibitions, technical seminars, online precision marketing, etc.), and enhance product market penetration and brand awareness.

Establishment of company and product promotion system: Lead the construction of standardized company brand promotion and product technology promotion system, including the development and iteration of promotion materials (PPT, videos, technical manuals, etc.); Personally participate in presentations for important clients (such as leading semiconductor companies and research institutes), industry summits, investment and financing roadshows, etc., accurately convey the company's technological strength, product value, and development vision, and assist in customer conversion and brand endorsement.

Market insights and customer demand management: Continuously track the development trends of the semiconductor industry, competitor situations, and changes in customer demand (such as new requirements for testing instruments due to process upgrades), regularly output market analysis reports, and provide data support for product development direction, pricing strategy, and market resource allocation; Establish a customer feedback mechanism, promote cross departmental collaboration (R&D, sales, service) to optimize products and services, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market team building and management: Establish a specialized market team (including positions such as branding, promotion, and market research), develop team assessment and incentive mechanisms, enhance team members' industry awareness, communication skills, and market operation abilities through professional training, project mentoring, and other methods, and create an efficient and collaborative market combat unit.
3、 Job requirements
[1]. Education and professional background: Full time bachelor's degree or above, major in electronic science and technology, semiconductor engineering, materials science, marketing, or related fields; Having a background in the semiconductor industry and the field of electron microscopy instruments, familiar with the technical principles, application scenarios, and market patterns of surface electron microscopy instruments is preferred.
[2]. Work experience: More than 8 years of market related work experience, including more than 3 years of market management experience in high-tech industries (semiconductors, electronic instruments, precision manufacturing, etc.). Candidates with experience in building start-up markets from scratch or leading breakthrough projects in core product markets are preferred; Successful cases of independently planning and executing large-scale industry exhibitions, technical presentations, and other activities.

◆ Professional knowledge: Proficient in the technical characteristics, competitive advantages, and industry applications of cutting-edge surface electron microscopy instruments and semiconductor testing equipment, able to accurately interpret customer technical needs and industry pain points;
◆ Presentation ability: Possess excellent oral expression and logical thinking skills, adept at delivering company brand and product technology presentations in formal occasions (customer negotiations, industry summits, roadshows, etc.), possessing infectious and persuasive power, and able to effectively impress target audiences;
◆ Market operation ability: Possess full process market operation experience from strategic planning to tactical execution, proficient in integrating internal and external resources (channels, media, partners) to achieve market goals, sensitive to market data, able to optimize promotion strategies through data analysis;
